Hey, there, fabulous readers! I'm Eunice, the creator of Crown The Cool Studios, Boston's coolest interior design company. Today, I'm going to be explaining how you can add that touch of luxury to your space without breaking the bank.

TIP 1: DECORATING WITH THRIFT STORE FINDS
You'd be amazed at the treasures you can find at your local thrift stores. As a Boston-based interior decorator, I can attest that this city has some of the best spots for secondhand goodies. Vintage furniture, unique décor pieces, and even some high-end designer gems can be snagged at a fraction of the cost. Added bonus: its entirely unique to your space and cannot be replicated.
Pro tip: grab your bestie, a coffee and make a map of local antique shops you want to explore and make a fun day trip out of it. Pro Tip: If you’re local to Boston, MA I have found an excessive amount of thrift stores in Cape Cod. So, put on your stylish bargain-hunting hat, head over to your nearest thrift shop, and keep your eyes peeled for those hidden gems. I once found a beautiful mid-century modern coffee table for a steal, and with a little love and DIY magic, it became the star of my client's living room!
Here's a list of my favorite thrift stores local to MA:
Ramble Market in Waltham, MA
North Bridge Antiques in Concord, MA
Crompton Collective in Worcester, MA
TIP 2: MAKE YOUR SPACE FEEL EXPENSIVE
Whether you’re dressing yourself or your space, there is one key takeaway you should always apply: Mix and match high end and low-priced pieces. Here's a secret of the trade, folks: you don't need to splurge on every single item to create a high-end look. Mixing high and low-end pieces can work wonders. Go all out on a few statement items like a plush velvet couch or a stunning chandelier, and then balance it out with budget-friendly accents. Create a sense of balance in your space, and watch it transform into a magazine-worthy oasis.

But let's not forget, folks, that the real luxury is not in how much you spend, but in how your space makes you feel. So, whether you're aiming for high-end glam or a budget-friendly cozy retreat, remember that the cool factor comes from the heart and soul you put into it.
